Jeralie is a practiced and highly-respected recruiter, with over 15 years experience in recruitment agencies in New Zealand, Australia and for the past 10 years in Jersey. Jeralie has achieved the status of Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC), the most senior level that recruitment practitioners can achieve with the recruitment agencies’ governing body, which is only available to the most experienced individuals. jeralie@rowlands-executive.co.uk
Administration Team
The Rowlands Executive team is supported by the Rowlands administration staff, taking away back office issues from the client facing roles provided by Jeralie. In addition to the general administrative support, this team also offer services including a remuneration survey, outsourced payrolls and psychometric testing.
