Jeralie Pallot
Jeralie is a practiced and highly-respected recruiter, with over 15 years experience in recruitment agencies in New Zealand, Australia and for the past 10 years in Jersey. Jeralie has achieved the status of Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC), the most senior level that recruitment practitioners can achieve with the recruitment agencies’ governing body, which is only available to the most experienced individuals. jeralie@rowlands-executive.co.uk
Carla Watson
Carla joined the Rowlands team in 2005 after relocating back to Jersey from London, bringing with her over 3 years recruitment experience from the UK. In London she worked for what was then the largest medical recruitment agency in the UK, before leaving to head up a start up team. She has experience of liaising with blue chip organisations, providing mutually beneficial partnerships and securing and developing business opportunities.
Since being back in the island Carla has completed her REC diploma course with Rowlands. She is a graduate from Oxford Brookes University (BA.Hons, 2001) and has also completed her NVQ level 4 in Business Management.
In her spare time, Carla has recently started playing (competitive!) badminton with some of the Rowlands team. She is happy living in the island and also enjoys travelling when she gets the opportunity, having recently been to Europe and the Caribbean.

Administration Team
The Rowlands Executive team is supported by the Rowlands administration staff, taking away back office issues from the client facing roles provided by Carla and Jeralie. In addition to the general administrative support, this team also offer services including a remuneration survey, outsourced payrolls and psychometric testing.
